Commenting on the decision by Judge Finlay not to extradite Owen Carron, IRSP spokesperson Kevin McQuillan said "Together with the nationalist community, we in the IRSP applaud today's decision.
Furthermore, the recognition, by the court, that Carron's actions were politically motivated, and in keeping with the aspirations laid down in the constitution, is particularly welcome, if long over-due. |
